Private English, Math and Science Tutor

• Conducted English, Math and Science for Primary 6 – Secondary 3 students and improved their grades from E to A, as well as achieve “Top in Level” for English and Science • Consistently tracked and analysed student performance, and provided timely feedback to parents.

President

• Establish the first official community of NUS Myanmar students and alumni, as well as the pioneering executive committee of MC@NUS • Oversee the overall direction and the operations of MC@NUS organising committees, including the key flagship programmes, strategic partnerships and finances.

Co-Project Director

• Led a team of 25, in 5 different committees, in a pioneering OCIP project which focuses on the digitisation of educational institutions and youths in Myanmar, and environmental awareness • Managed 5 committees : Strategic Partnerships, Programmes, Logistics, Welfare and Publicity • Successfully pitched to donors and project partners, which resulted in the securing of $10,000 funding from ST Logistics, 92 laptop donations from corporates and partnership with Engineering Good

Founder and Director

• Initiated a youth volunteering programme that empowers more than 160 under-privileged Primary 5 to Secondary 4 students through teaching English 4 skills, designing effective curriculum and introducing engaging teaching methods • Managed a team of 60 volunteers, and trained 9 executive committee members • Provided excellent teaching service and received “Gold Award” for community service from the partner educational institution
